We want to take a moment to reassure you that we will continue to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene at all Life Line Screening locations. In addition to these strict guidelines we already adhere to, we are also enacting some enhanced precautions to ensure the safety of you and our staff.
Our comprehensive Wellness Test measures
four important markers in your body:
Kidney Function
(Men's & Women's Wellness Test)
The Wellness Test measures the creatinine level in the blood, as well as the rate that blood is being filtered through the kidneys. The results can sometimes indicate that the kidneys are not functioning as well as they should to effectively filter waste.
C-reactive Protein
(Men's & Women's Wellness Test)
High levels of C-reactive protein can be an indicator of inflammation in the body. The presence of this protein has been shown to be just as — if not more — effective at predicting cardiovascular disease as measuring cholesterol levels.
A1C — Diabetes
(Men's & Women's Wellness Test)
Everyone should have an A1C screening annually, especially those who have family members with diabetes or are managing pre-diabetes/diabetes. This test measures your blood's glucose level over the past 3 months, an indicator of your risk to develop diabetes.

New secure, online health forms to be completed in advance of appointments to save you time and help minimize contact with other customers.

Face Mask
Face Masks or Covers

All employees will be required to wear a face mask cover. Customers are not required to wear a mask at the screening, but can if they choose to.

Temperature Check
Temperature Checks

Temperature checks will be administered at the door. Any individual with a fever of 100.4 or higher will need to reschedule.

COVID-19 Symptoms
The following symptoms have been linked to COVID-19. If you experience any of these, without a reasonable explanation, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Any staff members who experience these symptoms will also be asked not to come to work. Symptoms include:
  • Fever
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Experience any unusual:
    • Persistent cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Chills
    • Muscle pain
    • Headache
    • Sore throat
PSA — Prostate Level
(Men's Wellness Test)
This screening measures the level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in the blood. PSA is a protein that can be, but is not always, produced by malignant cells of the prostate gland. PSA testing by itself is not an indication of cancer, however, the results may indicate the need to follow up with your doctor.
TSH Levels — Thyroid
(Women's Wellness Test)
Designed specifically for the unique biological needs of women, this test determines the level of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) in your blood. TSH is the key indicator of how well the thyroid gland is functioning. An abnormal TSH level can cause the thyroid gland to malfunction and lead to a variety of health issues.

A short health questionnaire will be required to determine if any COVID-19 symptoms have been experienced over the past 14 days. Symptoms are listed below.

All reasonable efforts will be made to socially distance participants and keep everyone at least six feet from each other, including limited bookings per day, and until further notice, no visitors will be allowed with screening customers.

All hard surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly throughout the day to ensure the maximum level of sanitation.

Hand sanitizer will be available while waiting for screenings, and will be required upon entry to the facility.
